Charlie manages digital marketing and all things data driven, qualified to distinction level with the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Google Analytics certified (GAIQ).


Charlie has a wealth of experience when it comes to managing CRM systems, email marketing, marketing automation and data analysis platforms including Google Analytics, Search Console, and Data Studio - meaning our clients get the right data, and understand it.

Caroline is a content marketing specialist and the designer of the group, managing website design and builds, copywriting, content marketing, and all things social media related.


Caroline has over 10 years' marketing experience and qualified with distinction with the Chartered Institute of Marketing in 2016. Now, she combines her knowledge of marketing with her natural creative flare to make our clients visions a reality.

Harry is our in house content creator with an expert knowledge of photography, videography and audio production.


Harry specialises in creating everything from corporate videos and headshots, to product photography and podcasts - and even viral TikToks! Combining technical skill with a limitless creative vison, Harry has a unique ability to bring brands to life with stunning, captivating content.

First off, we're siblings. In fact, we almost called ourselves 'Clarketing' before 'Viridis Marketing' got the vote. Caroline was the first to start up the marketing business in 2019, bringing Charlie on in 2020, and Harry in 2021 - and Viridis Marketing was born. 

We're passionate about what we do, we all share a natural synergy and creative drive, and we definitely don't take ourselves too seriously. We love to work with small companies that take a personal approach to doing business, just like we do. When we get together outside of work, we're foodies (cooking and eating!), we love a good game of beer pong, and you'll often find us spending time in the great outdoors with our selection of four legged friends.


At the end of the day, marketing should be fun; the process, the product, and seeing the results.

It's not all board rooms and formal briefs, we prefer to talk openly, have a good laugh, and help you understand (and enjoy) the wonderful marketing journey we're about to take you on.
